About Pat "Palika" Enos
Palika started entertaining in Waikiki at Chuck's Cellar on Lewers in the 70's. He and the 'UAL Stewards' played on Tuesday nights, the original Sunday Manoa and Hui O'hana worked the weekends. In 1976, he moved to the East Coast to build homes, and still found time to continue entertaining in Maryland, Virginia, and as far north as New York. Since 2000, he has been living in Orange County and is one of the area's busiest Hawaiian entertainers.
About Palika's Workshops
For the past few years, Palika has conducted ukulele workshops throughout Southern California. His playing-by-ear presentation is unique and entertaining, and well received by the hundreds of uke players that have heard him. He also teaches ukulele with Irvine Adult School in the Spring and Fall, and is the alaka'i (conductor) of the vibrant ukulele group Ukulele Society of America
